EcoWays endeavors to make sure that each transaction at our website is seamless. We take care in delivering our products and cling to the very best quality standards. We also value our customers and their requirements, and that we put our greatest efforts to reinforce customer experience and satisfaction.

As a policy, we don’t offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in the right condition as per the order placed. However, if the merchandise is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item within the order confirmation) or features a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are hospitable extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order or the other appropriate resolution from our side.

The product should be return in original packing with none damage or any quite tampering, should be packed to avoid ant damage in transit.

GENERAL

To return or exchange a defective or wrongfully delivered product or report a damage in transit, please get in-tuned with our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery:

by email at [email protected] together with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
Our customer care team will check out the difficulty and revert back within 48 working hours.

EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY

Given the character of our products, we reserve the only discretion to supply the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each rejects exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and that we request you to urge in-tuned with our team for prompt resolution. Please also note that our products are all handcrafted and there might be slight variations from one product to a different one, which is a part of the inherent nature of the merchandise making process, and these won’t be considered as defects.

No refunds would tend if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, and/or there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Refunds are going to be made within 7-8 business days. If paid by MasterCard, refunds are going to be issued to the first MasterCard provided at the time of purchase and just in case of payment gateway name payments refunds are going to be made to an equivalent account.
